Vasakronan is one of Sweden’s largest property companies. Vasakronan has taken the role of front runners in the circular shift within property management, development and construction. The company systematically integrates ambitious sustainability goals throughout operations, aiming towards value chain climate neutrality by 2030 and towards nature positive operations and property development. Vasakronan has specified a target of 100% circular use of materials by 2030, through use of renewable, recycled or reused materials in construction and maintenance projects. To achieve these goals they continuously contribute to research and development through factual pilot projects. For the piloting program Vasakronan provides small and large-scale renovation and upgrade projects, in central Stockholm and/or Malmö, where to pilot solutions.
